Everyone loves getting presents, especially if they come in the form of a treasure chest. Just think of the sheer amount of excitement, and the questions, so many questions. Who will get to it first, me or my opponent? What does it contain – Perhaps some gold, an additional unit, a hat or maybe some pretty flowers, who knows?
The chests will appear at random on certain battlefields and can contain a variety of nice power-ups, or if you’re unlucky, maybe something bad. The power-ups can be anything from more gold to cool abilities for the unit that opens them, such as for example a berserking buff, or an invisibility spell.
We introduce treasure chests to the game to incorporate yet another element of chance, but also to add some excitement and fun. Can the chests make or break the outcome of the battle? You find out for yourself.
